I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Texas at Arlington and went on to complete my Master of Science in Human Resource Management at Texas A&M University Commerce. Over the past 12 years, I’ve served in senior‑level HR roles across a wide range of industries including security, warehousing, contact centers, government, and oil and gas; partnering with leaders at every level to solve complex people challenges.

My background includes full‑scope HR leadership, managing HR teams of up to 25 professionals, and supporting organizations with workforces of more than 16,000 employees. I specialize in building HR Centers of Excellence, strengthening compliance, navigating employee relations, and elevating culture and engagement. As an HR Business Partner, I’ve learned that what often holds small businesses back isn’t effort or ambition, it’s the lack of a clear, intentional people strategy.
