Over the past 12 years, I’ve served in senior‑level HR roles across a wide range of industries including security, warehousing, contact centers, government, and oil and gas; partnering with leaders at every level to solve complex people challenges.
My background includes full‑scope HR leadership, managing HR teams of up to 25 professionals, and supporting organizations with workforces of more than 16,000 employees. I specialize in building HR Centers of Excellence, strengthening compliance, navigating employee relations, and elevating culture and engagement.
